Welcome to Chayenu, your source for print and digital subscription services. By subscribing to Chayenu, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Options

Chayenu offers both digital-only and print & digital subscription plans. Users in certain geographic locations can choose between monthly or annual billing cycles based on their preferences.

Chayenu also offers a free trial subscription in the USA that is billed after 30 days of initiating the trial.

2. In-App Subscription Terms

Chayenu offers monthly in-app subscriptions to view premium content. The price is $4.99 USD for United States users and may be different in other countries. Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your subscription may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

3. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Users are responsible for maintaining updated payment information to ensure uninterrupted access to Chayenu content.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Users may cancel their subscription at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. Users may cancel and request to stop their subscription at any time; however, refunds will not be issued for unused time or the remaining duration of the plan. Customers who prefer the flexibility to cancel and stop future charges should opt for a monthly subscription rather than an annual plan.

5. Access to Content

Subscribers will have access to both print publications and digital content through the Chayenu app. Content may not be distributed, copied, or reproduced without permission.

6. Changes to Subscription Plans

Chayenu reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or content offerings. Users will be notified of any changes in advance.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Chayenu prioritizes user privacy and data protection. Personal information collected during the subscription process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Termination of Services

Chayenu reserves the right to terminate or suspend subscriptions in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or non-payment.

By subscribing to Chayenu, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any future updates or modifications made by Chayenu Inc.
